INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR TEACHERS
Information technology is now becoming an
increasing important aspect of the K-12 Basic Education Curriculum. New and
emerging technologies are what students will be using in completing some of
their subject requirements. As teachers, it is also what we will be needing to
enhance students’ learning, improve motivation and students’ engagement,
increase accessibility, and individualize instruction. This three-unit course
is an opportunity for teachers to practice methods involving the use of
information technology/media, and to use the process as a means to teach their
students for a meaningful and effective learning.
