Advanced Statistics
This course will
introduce in-depth understanding of advanced statistical concepts and
techniques, enabling them to analyze and interpret complex data sets across
various mathematical and educational contexts. Building upon the foundational
knowledge gained in introductory statistics courses, this course delves into
more sophisticated statistical methodologies used to make informed decisions
and draw meaningful conclusions from data. Covering topics such as descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA,
correlation, regression analysis, multiple regression, and nonparametric
methods. Practical exercises using statistical software, real-world datasets,
and research articles will be integrated to enhance students' proficiency in
applying these techniques.
