
Purposive Communication
Purposive Communication is about writing, speaking, and presenting to different audiences and for various purposes (CMO 20 s 2013). Purposive Communication is a three-unit course that equips students with essential skills in writing, speaking, and presenting for various academic, professional, and social contexts. The course aims to enhance students’ cultural awareness and critical thinking while emphasizing effective and appropriate language use. Through structured activities, students develop communication strategies that enable them to engage confidently with diverse audiences in both local and global settings. |

Life and Works of Rizal (MWF 11-12nn) 1st sem S.Y 2024-25
As
mandated by Republic Act 1425, this course covers the life and works of the
country’s national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal. Among the topics covered are
Rizal’s biography and his writings, particularly the novels Noli Me Tangere and
El Filibusterismo, some of his essays, and various correspondences.
